Buying a product
By using the PRODUCTS menu on this page you can access our entire product range. Selecting one of the sub-menu options will take you to a list of products within the chosen category. With the ability to sort the list by typenumber, item or price, finding what you want need only take a few clicks.
The search function is located in the corner and will allow you to search the website.
Adding a product to your basket
Once you've decided on the product you want to find out more about in the listing, click the product and you will go to a page that shows an image, together with all available specifications.The site will then go on to recommend you other associated products if available.
The total amount in your basket is summarised in the top right corner of the site. Within the basket page, you can change quantities, delete items or if you are happy with everything you can proceed to the checkout to buy the contents of your basket.
Please note that your name and adress need to be registered, including the country.
When you have finished shopping, and are ready to pay, simply hit the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button, and the checkout screen will open in the main window. Please enter all details carefully and accurately, as incorrect information could delay your order. Please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. Also ensure you only click the submit order button once, as it will take a minute or so to process. You will receive an on screen confirmation once your credit card has been authorised. You will also receive acknowledgement by email of what you ordered, and the address the goods are to be delivered to. In both cases you will also be provided with an order number. Please quote this number with any enquiries.

All orders will be shipped by GLS or other courier freight companies, depending on the destination for the parcel. Delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks depending on the country. This is specified at check out.
We accept payment by banktransfer, and by creditcard and debit cards VISA, JCB, MASTERCARD, Visa Electron, Maesto. We charge a fee for the use of creditcards.
All prices and the amount on your invoice are duty paid, including danish VAT unless otherwise stated.

The information is transferred to our logistical partner in order to ship the product to you. All our logistical partners are placed within the EU and thereby subject to the GDPR regulations. Tangent A/S have GDPR compliant agreements with all direct partners. Your details are not passed to any third parties or used for any marketing purposes. According to Danish accoounting law the information is kept for minimum 5 years from the date of purchase.
We keep personal information encrypted.
We transmit the information to our logistical partner and forwaring agent in order to ship the order to you.
If you have chosen to create an account with us you account will be automatically deleted if inactive in three years.
Orders and invoices are automatically anonymized they are more than five years old. This process runs once every six months.

Products purchased in the Tangent webshop can be returned within two weeks as per Danish law. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received for a full refund. The freight for returns must be arranged by you.
Please contact us via the contact formular and state your order number and desire to return. Once the return request have been recorded you need to ship the product to:

Products purchased in the Tangent webshop are covered as stated in the manual and generally the warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase.
In case of a defect please contact support(a)tangent-audio.com with the invoice number, product name, serial number and nature of the defect. Note that you may be asked to return the product or provide photo documentation. Cases are usually solved within few days.
